BEFA Haven
Welcome to Empowered Living — the first of its kind, where housing is more than shelter, it’s legacy.

A World First: From Refuge to Haven

Born from the BEFA Refuge Program in Nigeria (2014), BEFA Haven is now redefining what housing can and should be.

This isn’t just another housing development — it is the world’s first utility-free, empowerment-driven estate designed for women, families, and communities who believe in thriving, not just surviving.

With the approval of our Board, donors, and funders, BEFA Haven was launched in the U.S. to address the homelessness crisis among women and families — and to break records as the first community of its kind anywhere in the world.

Why BEFA Haven Matters

📌 Nearly 60% of the U.S. homeless population are women.
📌 Single mothers and female-headed households are the hardest hit.
📌 Housing costs are rising, childcare is unaffordable, and utilities drain families.

BEFA Haven refuses to accept this as the norm.

We are building a community that solves these barriers permanently.

What Makes BEFA Haven Different

Unlike anything that exists today, BEFA Haven is a complete empowerment ecosystem where every detail has been designed to create security, dignity, and wealth for families.

⚡ Utility-Free Living → No more separate bills. Solar-powered electricity, reverse osmosis clean water, and anaerobic digesters for gas are all included in rent.

👶 Childcare Included → Affordable daycare is built into the rent, so mothers never have to choose between working and caring for their children.

🛡 Community Insurance Plans → Group and individual coverage options ensure health, financial, and life security for every resident.

💼 Financial & Wealth Empowerment → Every resident gains access to workshops, mentorship, and financial tools to build lasting wealth.

🔑 The Circle Membership → Every resident is automatically a member of the BEFA Wealth Circle, unlocking exclusive empowerment opportunities, networks, and legacy-building strategies.

🤝 A Community That Cares → BEFA Haven is built on shared values of mutual support — neighbors don’t just live side by side, they look out for each other.

A Record-Breaking First

BEFA Haven will break records as the first estate of its kind in the United States — a community that:

✔ Bundles housing, utilities, and childcare into one affordable rent.
✔ Operates on clean, renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.
✔ Embeds empowerment and wealth creation into daily living.
✔ Builds social capital and resilience through collective membership in the Circle.

This is not just housing — it is a global model for the future of living.
