About the event

The BEFA Film Festival stands as a vibrant celebration of women's stories and narratives, aligning seamlessly with the core mission of the BEFA Foundation. Venturing into film production and activities, we believe in the transformative power of storytelling, with film serving as a potent medium.

This inaugural festival serves as a melting pot, fostering connections among activists, advocates, and women in film. It's an opportunity for individuals to unite, collaborate, and build meaningful networks.

Anticipate a captivating lineup of six films, including our opening production by BEFA Films. Beyond screenings, the festival will feature engaging workshops and insightful panel discussions.

Under the theme "THIS STORY WILL TELL ITSELF," the festival champions the notion that it's time for women to authentically share their stories, creating a platform for genuine narratives to unfold.

Join us in this cinematic celebration of empowerment and connection at the BEFA Film Festival.
